This OECD report describes the significant impact of COVID-19 on the tourism economy and highlights different countries recovery methods. These include considerations on lifting travel restrictions, restoring traveller confidence and rethinking the tourism sector for the future.

The OECD has developed a Green Recovery Database that tracks COVID-19 recovery measures with likely environmental implications, positively or negatively, across 43 countries. This resource shares the unfolding results of countries' “green recovery” stimulus packages.
